Christmas time in Santa Barbara is unpredictable. Some years it is damp and chilly, while others it is as warm as a summer day. No matter the weather, I love to decorate for Christmas. An abundance of white, natural materials, an ever growing collection of tiny Christmas trees (45 and counting), and a little sparkle can be found this year at The Little Glass House. Narcissus, pine cones, and a moose antler are just a few of the natural materials I like to incorporate. The decor changes a bit every year, but one thing that remains the same is the happiness I feel in sharing our home with family and friends.
Elizabeth your home is absolutely gorgeous! Love the way you incorporated a lot of natural elements! And the weather is the same here in Florida during the holidays, always unpredictable. Loved seeing your joke decorated for the holidays!
Thank you so much Kelly-Ann! You are always so kind and supportive…I love our little IG community although I haven’t had much time to be on it lately. Wishing you and yours a beautiful Christmas filled with joy, peace, and laughter!

Oh Gladys, you are the sweetest! I haven’t been on IG much lately as the holiday season and work have kept me crazy busy. So I apologize for missing posts…it’s not intentional. Hope you have a blessed and joyous Christmas with your family.

🎄Absolutely one of my favorite homes on IG. It reflects beauty, nature, cleanliness and an interior that has captured my heart! And your blog isn’t bad either(haha)🌊🐬

Your home is just stunning. One of my favorites on Instagram. I have two questions. How do you store your bottlebrush trees so they don’t get flattened-uptight? And also, where did your source the wooden (?) tree that you hang Christmas cards on?
Thank you! I just store the trees loosely in a box with some tissue paper. They seem to do just fine. 🙂 The tree with the Christmas cards is acutally a metal folk art tree that I found at a local antique center. Have a wonderful Christmas!!

So beautiful! Are the green centerpieces with pinecones real or faux? If faux, where are they from? thanks!

Thank you! They are faux with real pine cones. The greens are from the Magnolia Home collection at Target. 🙂
This is so lovely Elizabeth, a welcome respite from all the glitz and sparkle. I enjoyed every detail. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Thank you so much, Cindy! I appreciate you taking the time to comment. Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season!
