This is our East Coast home. It is a 1920’s home that had been updated by the previous owner. Luckily for us, they had used nice finishes that didn’t need to be changed out. We reconfigured the master bedroom, added built-in shelves next to the fireplace, new paint, and all new landscaping. The trick was making our existing furniture work in a much smaller 1500 square feet! Happily, our old furniture worked beautifully in the bungalow and it has a comfortable slightly traditional vibe (with a bit of California thrown in!).
